Accessibility at Sky Lagoon

We strive to make everyone feel equally as welcome at Sky Lagoon.
From design, our vision for the experience has been to make every guest’s visit as comfortable and accessible to enjoy as possible.

The Sky Lagoon facilities are wheelchair accessible

We offer a private accessible changing room, which we call the Accessibility Suite, which includes various accessible equipment to make your visit more comfortable. We have accessible lifts for entering the lagoon, the cold plunge and the turfhouse, where you can use our on-site wheelchair to enjoy the Seven-Step Ritual.

We offer gender-neutral changing rooms

We also offer other standard private changing spaces for guests that prefer a more private changing environment with our Sky Pass entrance.

Whether you are non-binary or transgender you are more than welcome to use our private changing facilities. Ask our team at check-in and they will provide you with access to a private changing room. See our 2022 Pledge to Pride for further information on Sky Lagoon’s efforts towards the LGBTQIA+ community.

We are always looking for ways to do better

When it comes to accessibility, we know there are a lot of things that need to be considered and it is our aim to improve our facilities to greater extend. As a start, we are proud to take the pledge of good access for our guests and our hope is to set an example for others in the industry to do the same.
